With the end of Summer and the beginning of Fall, I have been so busy that a few things have gotten neglected, including my blog! Rather than post all the pictures of dogs I have done in the last month, I decided to just post a few of my favorites:
Rusty BEFORE Rusty is an 11 year old poodle who just moved to town. This was his first appointment with me. |
Rusty AFTER When his owner came to pick him up, she said "this is my very favorite hair cut he has ever gotten!" What a compliment! I was so glad that I could give her the look she wanted for her sweet boy!
Belle BEFORE Belle's owner had been trying to keep up on her grooming, but said he finally had to give in and take her to the "beauty shop." |
Belle AFTER I couldn't believe how much fur I got off this sweet girl! And she was so patient for me while I brushed, and brushed, and brushed! She felt (and looked) much better when she left my shop! |
Oso BEFORE This Teddy Bear puppy had never been groomed before. |
Oso AFTER He is so proud of his new look! This happy boy was fun to groom! |
Louise is a 4 month old puppy who came in for meet and greet appointment. I trimmed her nails and face, but just did the minimal things so she could get used to the grooming shop.
Dottie the Bichon came back to see me. We are trying to grow her coat out a bit so she looks more Bichon and less Poodle. Isn't she a doll?!! |
Honey lives with an elderly couple who are not always aware of when she should come see the groomer. However, one of their past caretakers looks in on them from time to time, and she always calls me when she sees that Honey is due for an appointment. It makes me so happy to know that someone is looking out for this sweet girl! And the owners are always happy to bring her in when the caretaker sets up the appointment. |
Nox BEFORE This Golden Doodle came to see me for his very first hair cut. |
Nox AFTER He looks so handsome with his new hair cut! He was strutting around the shop when his owner came to pick him up. One of my favorite things is watching the dogs show off their new look to their owners. You can tell how proud they are to be all cleaned up and looking good! |
